Non-smoking room but smoke seeping from neighboring unit!!! Locked out for five hours with no on-site assistance available!!! A more efficient key management system at check-in would help avoid future inconveniences!!!

intown suites was quite the experience, I was shocked when my non-smoking room reeked of smoke from the next door, how charming. not to mention being left locked out for hours with zero on-site help, absolutely stellar service. I woudl ve been thrilled with a room upgrade or even a complimentary item, but alas, that was too much to ask. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

I had a cozy stay with a comfy bed, bathroom essentials included, but the couch felt dated compared to the room photos. I'd definitely return!
